  • "I have been working with Adam for a few sessions so far and am looking forward to more. I have had major spine surgery twice and complicated post surgery difficulties. I have had trouble in basic movement and after months of rehabilitation bed rest, problems in muscle strength and additional issues.
    Since working with Adam, I have already, in such a few sessions, been able to have a far more active lifestyle and am becoming far more confident in my range of movement within the boundaries that Adam has suggested. This means I know I will have much better physical movement in the future without doing further damage, and I am far more aware of my ability now.
    The corrective movement techniques are simple and incredibly effective.   • I couldn't believe it when Adam told me that my back pain was because I was sensitive to certain foods. He switched me onto a rotation diet and coached me on which foods to avoid that bloated me. Sure enough after a matter of days my lower back felt more comfortable than it had for some time and I continue to follow this approach today, as it works really well and I feel fantastic!

  • After many years of pain and discomfort in my stomach and chronic problems with my digestion Adam noticed that it was also affecting my exercise and in particular my lower abdominal work that we did together. He coached my on an exclusion diet of certain foods and along with other advice achieved a much more satisfactory feeling of health and well being.
